Mesolift or Skinbooster Uses

Mesolift or Skinboosters, an ideal solution when skin begins to lose firmness and density, between 30-40.

In the 45-55 range, it can be used in combination with wrinkle filler injections or to treat decolletage and hands.

Skinboosters can be used to reshape lip contours while plumping and moisturizing the mouth without modifying volume or structure.

Skinboosters can equally be used to rejuvenate certain key zones like arms, thighs, knees or stomach skin.

What are Skinboosters/Mesolift ? 

Mesolift is a multiple micro-point injection technique using a more fluid variety of hyaluronic acid (Skinboosters) than the type traditionally used in filler treatments and is loaded with more powerful and longer lasting moisturizing properties.

According to skin characteristics and the desired results, it can be combined with vitamins, oligo elements and minerals.

The hyaluronic acid used in Skinboosters is Restylane® Vital (Galderma laboratory) or Juvederm Volite® (Allergan laboratory), the two top manufacturers of hyaluronic acid in the world. This finely micronized hyaluronic acid creates an environment of hydration and support within the skin, without modifying facial volume.  It produces long-term, deep hydration, improving skin texture and quality by re-densifying it. 

Dr Benjamin Cozanet recommends a treatment protocol of 3 sessions performed 1 month apart, and 1 maintenance session every 6-12 months, depending on the skin profile and the patient’s lifestyle.

The sessions can be performed at closer intervals after excessive sun exposure (during summer holidays, trips to the mountain…), excessive cigarette smoking, during the cold months and after menopause.

Very fine and short, 4mm needles are used in Mesolift, and injections are performed rapidly for an altogether painless treatment.

SkinBoosters multiple micro-injections (topping) are performed using micro cannulas to reduce the number of skin entry points and dosages, and to cover the entire treatment area. This treatment is easily tolerated thanks to the lidocaine’s anesthesia properties contained in the product.
