High-Intensity Focused Energy

What is the Ideal Frequency for EMSCULPT Neo® Sessions?
How long should you wait between two sessions?
Jérôme Mus: You can do as many as you like because the wavelength is biocompatible since it is situated at a level like the Earth's natural magnetic field. The limit lies in the results, much like in sports; if we don’t change our training playbook, we end up hitting a dead end.
What is the maximum centimeter loss observed in clinical studies or during a certified protocol supervised by a doctor?
J. M.: We must be careful when we speak of precise data related to centimeter reduction, a US study reveals a volume loss of 3.7 cm in just 3 sessions, another 5.9 cm after 6 months in just 4 sessions. These results are specifically linked to the type of patient, his/her implication in the protocol, but also the proper applicator positioning.

The Complete Guide to body sculpting with EMSCULPT Neo®
The protocol begins with a medical diagnosis and photos taken of the treatment area during the first appointment. You lie down on your back for abdominal treatment, on the stomach for your buttocks and calves, and you sit for the bicep treatment. The applicators equipped with a thermal captor and radiofrequency transmitter are placed and secured with an elastic strap. The radiofrequency heat and the HIFEM ® intensity rise gradually for the 1st 10 minutes to assure maximum comfort. The machine is re-set according to the targeted body zone, but the intensity and power are in the hands of the expert provider who programs a customized protocol by adjusting the frequency and power parameters to the sensitivity of each patient. Once the programmed power level is reached, the treatment persists for another 20 minutes. EMSCULPT neo ® is equipped with 2 types of handpieces: LARGE Applicators for the abdomen and buttocks, front and back thighs • SMALL Applicators for the inner thighs, arms and calves. A 2nd « kiss cool » effect observed during the abdominal protocol is an improvement to posture, a reduction in back pain, and in some cases, sciatica. For maximum security, the neo is equipped with a « panic button » to shut down the procedure if the patient experiences any discomfort. There are no aches nor pains after the session, and the patient can resume his/her usual activities.
